Dr. Char is an associate professor of emergency medicine, the program director of the emergency medicine residency program and director of the emergency cardiac evaluation unit at the Washington University School of Medicine.

He earned his bachelor's from Boston College and his M.D. from the University of Hawaii-Manoa. He completed his residency at the University of Colorado School of Medicine and his fellowship at Denver Metro Health Medical Center.

Ms. Halter has been a marketing specialist at Voxitas, a telecommunications company. Prior to that, she worked as a regional advertising campaign manager at Belo.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 119 home sales in the Central West End during the past 12 months, with a median price of $221,000.
