Sex therapist selling 5BD in Lafayette Square

Linda J. Weiner and Jon Culberton have listed for sale a five-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 1801 Hickory St. in Lafayette Square for $520,000.

Weiner and Culberton acquired the property in Jan. 2002. The 4,302-square-foot house was built in 1885. Carolyn McAvoy of McAvoy Realty is the listing agent for the home.

Weiner is a sex therapist with her own private practice. She has given lectures at the Washington University Brown School of Social Work.

She has a bachelor's in psychology and a master's in social work from the University of Missouri.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 35 home sales in Lafayette Square during the past 12 months, with a median price of $161,500.
