Entertainment entrepreneur selling Soulard 3BD

Keith C. Tillford has listed for sale a three-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 1724 S. Eighth St. in Soulard for $650,000.

The 4,974-square-foot house, which once was a whiskey warehouse, was built in 1885. Karleen O. Hoerr and Susan M. Feinberg of Daniel B. Feinberg Real Estate are the listing agents.

Mr. Tillford is a founder and a partner at Ambient Content, a company created to launch a new form of experiential media. He is also a partner at CORE, a St. Louis-based studio and entertainment company.

He attended the University of Kansas' Graduate School of Business.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 48 home sales in Soulard during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $158,950.
