University official buys in Lindenwood Park

Vicki M. Creech-Saitz and Michael Saitz bought a 2,048-square-foot home at 7033 Lindenwood Ave. in Lindenwood Park from the Federal National Mortgage Association and the Millsap & Singer law firm for $255,000 on March 1.

The FNMA acquired the property in Dec. 2009.

Ms. Saitz has been director of undergraduate admissions in Fontbonne University's OPTIONS program.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 160 home sales in Lindenwood Park during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $136,500.
