John and Kim Waterhouse bought a 1.5-bath home at 6450 Murdoch Ave. in St. Louis Hills from Caryn E. Milaszewski for $290,000 on June 11.
The 1,890-square-foot house was built in 1937.
Ms. Waterhouse is a graphic designer at Waterways Journal.
Milaszewski works as a consultant at BJC Healthcare. Previously, she was the director of profit improvement at Macy's, the director of profit improvement at Famous Barr and the special projects director at May Department Stores.
She attended the University of Massachusetts-Amherst.
