Peter A. Mackercher, III, has listed for sale a five-bedroom, four-bath home at 3163 Russell Blvd. in Compton Heights for $499,000.

MacKercher paid $280,000 for the property in July 2007. The 3,600-square-foot house was built in 1914. MacKercher, of Mogul Realty, is the listing agent for the home.

MacKercher is broker and owner at Mogul Realty, and owner of A+ Properties and at A+ construction. Prior to that, he was a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual.
