College CIO lists Central West End 3BD

Mark A. Tuck has listed for sale a three-bedroom, five-bath home at 40 N. Boyle Ave. in the Central West End for $509,000.

Tuck paid $490,000 for the property in July 2007. The 1,932-square-foot house was built in 2007. Robert Walker of RE/MAX Results is the listing agent for the home.

Tuck serves as the chief information officer at Lewis & Clark Community College. He co-founded Rose & Tuck, a firm that provides educational management to a higher education and non-profit institutions and he served as an associate project manager at the University of Redlands.

He attended San Jose State University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 120 home sales in the Central West End during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $199,950.
