Michael D. Nolfo and Daniel R. Tea have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, 5.5-bath home at 18 Lenox Place in Central West End for $1.75 million.

The 5,865-square-foot property was built in 1903. Pam Schneider is the listing agent.

Nolfo serves as vice president of information technology at Enterprise Holdings, Inc./Enterprise Rent-A-Car Co. He was previously a consulting manager at Ernst & Young.

He attended the University of Missouri in St. Louis (1990) and Washington University in St. Louis (2006).
