Craig Kaminer and his wife, Debbie, have listed for sale a seven-bedroom, seven-bath home at 46 Westmoreland Place in Central West End for $1.595 million.
The 9,429-square-foot home was built in 1908. James Human of Janet McAfee Real Estate has the listing.
Mr. Kaminer is the founder and CEO of Twist, a St. Louis-based provider of branding and marketing programs. He previously was the CEO of an e-business development company. He has also held senior management positions at the public relations firms WeberShandwick and Fleishman-Hillard. Earlier in his career, he worked as a publicist for The Italian Hotelier Association and Alitalia Airlines.
He graduated from University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in architecture and art history. He also completed graduate studies in business management and administration at Columbia University.
Ms. Kaminer is a jewelry retailer and the owner of What A Girl Wants in St. Louis.
According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 82 home sales in Central West End during the past 12 months, with a median sales price of $200,000.
