Ronald Willenbrock bought a three-bedroom, 1.5 bath at 7707 Cornell Ave. in University City for $310,000 from Neil and Wendy Richards on Dec. 27.
Laura McCarthy's Jean Schneider listed the 1,914 square foot home for $324,900
The Richards' paid $297,000 for the home in June 2003.
Mr. Willenbrock is founder, principal and CFO of Amelung, Wulff, & Willenbrock, P.C., a law firm specializing in litigation and trial law. He founded the firm over 25 years ago.
Willenbrock, 67, earned a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Benedict's College and his J.D. from St. Louis University,
Mr. Richards, 34, is an associate professor of law at the Washington University School of Law. He teaches courses dealing with privacy and constitutional law.
He earned a B.A. in education from George Washington University as well as a M.A. in History and a J.D. from the University of Virginia.
Following law school Richards clerked for the late Chief Justice William H. Rehnquist. Richards' tenure with the Chief Justice coincided with the Impeachment Trial of President Clinton.
