John A. and wife Deborah Neichter sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 2210 Whitney Pointe Dr. in Clarkson Valley for $795,00 to Dr. Vijai Chauhan and his wife Divya on Aug. 11, 2006.

The Neichters bought the 4,451 square foot home for $617,000 in 1999.

Mr. Neichter is the Vice President of Operations for Central Missouri Pizza, Inc., based in Chesterfield. He oversees the operation of 15 Domino's Pizza stores in Louisville, K.Y. His brother Greg is the president of the company and first entered the Louisville market when he purchased 10 Domino's Pizza stores there in 1991.

Dr. Chauhan is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Surgery in the Division of Emergency Medicine at the St. Louis University School of Medicine. He specializes in emergency medicine and is a certified board member of the American Board of Emergency Medicine.

Mr. Chauhan attended Kasturba Medical College in Mangalore, India (1990). He served his medical residency at the Metropolitan Hospital Center in New York City.
