Dr. Timothy P. Fleming sold his four-bedroom, six bathroom at 9797 Litzsinger Rd. in Ladue for $1.1 million to Rehnquist Design and Build Inc. on Nov. 6, 2006.

Rehnquist Design, a construction company based in St. Louis, then sold the 5,500 square foot home to Dr. Eric S. Mann and his wife, Caroline, for $1.115 million on Nov. 6, 2006.

Dr. Fleming paid $1.1 million for the home on Jul. 31, 2006.

Dr. Fleming is a research associate professor of surgery and genetics at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis. He works in both the molecular genetics and molecular cell biology programs.

From 1989-91, he served as a senior staff fellow in cellular and molecular biology at the National Cancer Institute in Bethesda, Md. He received his PhD in microbiology from the University of Missouri (1985).

Dr. Mann is a doctor of opthamology at the Retina Group LTD in Fairview Heights, Ill., about 14 miles east of St. Louis. He served his residency at California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco in 1994. Dr. Mann was named as one of the 'Best Doctors in America' in 2005-06.

Rehnquist Design was founded in 1983 by Rob Rehnquist. Mr. Rehnquist received his degree in architecture from Kansas University (1982). The company builds an average of five to 10 homes per year in the St. Louis area, priced from $1 million to $4 million. Rehnquist Design first bought the home at 9797 Litzsinger Rd. for $975,000 in Jan., 2005. The company then sold it for $1.1 million in Nov., 2005.
