Radiologist pays $2.1 million in Town and Country

Dr. Anil Khosla and his wife, Onika, bought a five-bedroom, four bath at 33 Chapel Hill Estate in Town and Country for $2.1 million from St. Louis-based Marscheutz Properties LLC on Sept. 29, 2006.

Marschuetz Properties paid $535,000 for the 6,629 square foot home in June 2005.

Dr. Khosla is a diagnostic radiologist and a neuroradiologist at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in St. Louis and is also an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiology at the Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

He's also worked in the neuroradiology department of the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology and Saint Anthony's Health Center, both of which are in St. Louis.

He received his medical degree from the All India Institute of Medical Sciences in New Delhi (1982).

Marschuetz Properties has two other Town and Country properties for sale and also had a house purchased at 25 Chapel Hill Estate in Town and Country for $1.63 million in Jan. 2006.
