Jewelry store co-owners Richard and Jacqueline Neustaedter sold their four-bedroom, two bath at 11045 Chateau Chura Dr. in Sunset Hills for $955,000 to William and Marsha Freeman on Nov. 10, 2006.

The Neustaedters bought the 3,691 square foot home for $599,615 in May, 1999. It was built in 1986.

James Donze of Assist 2 Sell listed the sale for $985,000.

The Neustaedters are the owners of Neustaedsters Fine Jewelry in St. Louis. The company has served the St. Louis area for over 42 years and is a member of the highly-selective American Gem Society.

The Neustaedters bought a house at 10142 Tanbridge Rd. in Sappington for $483,000 on Oct. 24, 2006.
