Dr. Janice DeMasters and her husband, Robert, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 1309 Countryside Manor Ct. in Chesterfield for $755,000 from Cartus Financial Corporation on Jan. 8.

Cartus Financial Corporation and Cendant Mobility Financial Corporation facilitated the sale for the original owners, Richard and Janet DeCoster.

The Decosterspaid $420,661 for the4,102 square foot home in April 1995, the year it was built.

Janice Freeman of Prudential Alliance Realtors listed the sale for $785,000.

Mrs. DeMasters, 55, is the CEO and President of Total Health Concepts Inc., an independent health consulting company with offices in St. Louis and St. Peters. She is a Registered Nurse and served as an assistant professor at the Saint Louis University School of Nursing from 1993-2002.

She received both her Ph.D. and master's in Women's Health and Reproductive Endocrinology from the University of Missouri. She received her bachelor's from Maryville University.

Since 2005, Mr. DeCoster, 52, has served as the Resident Management Director for Aon Risk Services, Inc. of Georgia, in Atlanta. He joined the Aon company in 2000 as the managing director of Aon Risk Services of Missouri in St. Louis before eventually serving as the associate regional managing director and Chief Operating Officer of the company's central region.

He has a B.S. in Engineering Sciences from Illinois Institute of Technology and a M.B.A. from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
