Dr. Phillip Nouri paid $718,000 for a new four-bedroom, three bath at 12 Flagstick Court in Sunset Hills to Taylor Morley on Jan. 5.

Taylor Morley Realty's Andrea Stallman listed the new 4,200 square foot home for $759,000.

Dr. Nouri, 48, is a dentist and has worked in private practice for his entire 20 year career. He attended the University of Missouri-Columbia before moving on to the Washington University School of Dental Medicine.

Taylor Morley has been in business for over 50 years and is one of the largest homebuilders in the St. Louis area. The home on Flagstick Ct. is situated in the Tapawingo on the Green development, a community of upscale homes within the Tapawingo National Golf Club, a championship golf course designed by golfing legend Gary Player.
