Deloitte partner pays $635K in Clarkson Valley

Gregory Rottjakob and his wife, Laura, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 220 Fox Chapel Lane in Clarkson Valley from Genevieve Nakis for $635,000 on Jan. 29.

The 3,552 square foot home was built in 1978.

Ms. Nakis and Ann Brady, both agents for Coldwell Banker-Gundaker, completed the sale. The listed price was $649,000.

Mr. Rottjakob has been a partner at accounting giant Deloitte & Touche in St. Louis since 1994. He was previously employed by Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLC.

Ms. Nakis is a veteran of the St. Louis-area real estate industry, and teams with Ms. Brady Chesterfield's Coldwell Banker office.
