Asset Manager spends $950K on Maryland Walk condo

Wiley Angell bought a new three-bedroom, two bath condo in the new Maryland Walk building at 8025 Maryland Ave. in Clayton for $950,000 from Conrad Properties on Jan. 3.

Angell, 44, is a founding partner of Fiduciary Asset Management, an investment advisory firm. He is the Executive Managing Director of the firm as well as Senior Portfolio Manager and Chief Fixed Income Strategist.
He earned a B.A. in Business and Economics from Ottawa University.
Prior to founding FAMCO Angell managed fixed assets for General Dynamics. The firm fulfills a fiduciary role for the pension fund of the aerospace and combat systems giant.
Maryland Walk is a new 17-story, 101 unit condo building that was developed by Conrad Properties. Conrad has been developing innovative high-end residences around the St. Louis area since 1971. They are responsible for such properties as The Claytonian, the Hi-Pointe Lofts and the hotel/residence Clayton on the Park.
