Dwight Heaney and his wife, Beth, sold their four-bedroom, three bath at 1607 Linda Oak Dr. in Wildwood for $505,000 to Mark and Judy Taylor on Feb. 20.
The Heaneys paid $369,200 for the 3,063 square foot home in June 2004. It was built in 1999.
Leslie Tupper of Coldwell Banker-Gundaker was the agent for the sale. The listed price was $509,900.
Since Nov. 2006, Mr. Heaney has served as the Vice President of Philanthropy and Executive Director of the St. Charles Foundation in Bend Ore. The company raises funds to support the needs of the St. Charles Medical Centers in Bend and neighboring Redmond.
Prior to his move to Oregon, Mr. Heaney carried philanthropic duties for the Missouri chapter of The Sisters of Mercy Health System, which includes St. John's Mercy Medical Center in Creve Coeur. He has also worked for Wisconsin's Curative Foundation, Lutheran Social Services of Texas and Ascension Health in Tennessee.
Mr. Heaney received his bachelor's in Philosophy from Augsburg College in Minneapolis.
