Chris and Terri Menz bought a five-bedroom, four bath in Town & Country at 1020 Polo Downs Dr. for $760,000 from Syed and Derre Mumtaz on Feb. 14.

Re/Max Suburban's Luberta Henehan listed the home for $774,900. It sold after being on the market for roughly 2.5 months.

Mr. Menz is a member and director of business development at Brown Smith & Wallace, LLC, a locally owned accounting and business consulting firm.

A licensed CPA, Mr. Menz graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in accounting.

Mr. Mumtaz is a psychiatrist specializing in pediatric and adolescent psychiatry in the St. Louis area.
