New Construction in Frontenac: Mayer Homes

Mark Bradley bought a new four-bedroom, three bath at 10423 Anzeiger Ave. in Frontenac for $555,000 from Mayer Custom Homes on Mar. 13.

Beth Maisak of Mayer Realty listed the new 3,312 square foot home for $569,000.

Mayer Homes is one of the largest homebuilders in the St. Louis area and has received more St. Louis "Homer" awards than any other local builder. Boasting six product lines and over 50 home models, Mayer Homes are found in 25 communities across St. Louis County and Illinois. Founded in 1979, the company was named the single fastest growing homebuilder in the country in one year, with growth of over 135 percent in 1993.
