Robert Younger and his wife, Jeanne, bought a four-bedroom, three bath in Manchester at 802 Joyceann Dr. for $676,300 from La Chateau Development on March 7.

Le La Chateau paid $195,000 for the property in May 2006. The house was built that same year.

Mr. Younger, 42, is an attorney with the firm McMahon Berger, P.C. concentrating on labor and employment law.

He earned a B.S.B.A from the University of Missouri and his J.D. from St. Louis University.

La Chateau is a building and contracting company in St. Louis.
