James J. Hart and his wife, Carroll, bought a four-bedroom, 5.5 bath new construction home for $1.75 million from Free at Last LLC on Feb. 23.

Barry Upchurch of Barry Upchurch Realty listed the 5,794 square foot home for $1.795 million.

Free At Last paid $387,500 for the property in 2002.

Mr. Hart, 71, is the President of Conversource, a supplier of pressroom, labeling and printing supplies in St. Louis.
