Michael Looney and his wife, Cheryl, sold their four bedroom, three bath at 1100 Cabinview Ct. in Chesterfield for $660,000 to Dean and Jessica Stepke on March 30.

The Looneys paid $502,961 for the 3,979 square foot home in Nov. 2001, the same year it was built.

Mark Scheller of RE/MAX Properties West was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $679,900.

Mr. Looney is a senior manager in the St. Louis office of national consulting firm Accenture. He has held that post since Sept. 2006. He received his Bachelor's degree from Bradley University in Peoria, Ill. (1988).

The Looneys previously owned a home at 515 Natucket Pointe Dr. in Wildwood.

Mr. Stepke is an authorized dealer of DirecTV services, operating out of Satellite Sports Connection Inc. in Chesterfield.
