The Kantrovitzs paid $265,000 for the home in May 2003.

Mary Rosenblum of Dielmann Sotheby's Realty was the agent for the sale. The listed price was $349,900.

Mr. Kantrovitz has worked as a real estate agent for Roman Real Estate in Saint Louis. He received his bachelor's degree from Dartmouth University in 1997.

The Kantrovitzs paid $660,000 for a four-bedroom, three bath home at 12322 Hibler Rd. in Creve Coeur on Feb. 6.

The Allens have previously owned a home at 27 Rolling Hills Dr. in Black Jack.
