Richard A. Voytas Jr. and his wife, Grace, bought a three-bedroom, three bath in Mehlville at 4301 Forder Terrace Dr. for $370,000 from Allan Knopf and his wife Cindy on March 27.
Ryan Patton of Ameristar Realty listed the 2,504 square foot home for $389,000.
The English Tudor brick home was originally built in 1929 by former U.S. Congressman Charles Anderson.
Mr. Voytas is an assistant professor of business law at Fontbonne University in St. Louis. He formerly was employed as an associate attorney at Polsinelli Shalton & Welte law firm in St. Louis. He earned a J.D. and a B.S.B.A. from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
Mr. Knopf is the President and CEO of Knopf Homes, a custom home builder currently developing five different communities across St. Louis County. He's also a licensed real estate broker with Ameristar Realty, the brokerage arm of Knopf Homes.
