Software developer buys from lawyer in Webster Groves

David and Elizabeth Gohara bought a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Webster Groves at 347 Hampshire Ct. for $268,000 from Paul and Kristin Macon on March 27.

Craig Andrews of Westover Realty listed the 1,563 square foot home for $269,000.

Mr. Gohara is a computer programmer and software developer at the Washington University School of Medicine in the Center for Computational Biology.

He holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Penn State University.

Mr. Macon is an attorney with Thompson Coburn, specializing in real estate, banking and finance law. In the past he's been a partner and an associate with Gallop, Johnson & Neuman and worked as an associate with Lewis & Rice.

He earned his J.D. from the University of Missouri at Columbia and has a B.S. from the University of Kansas.

The Macons bought a home at 500 Webster Path Ct. in Webster Groves for $645,000 on Jan 10.
