Construction management president buys in Ballwin

Richard Striler and his wife, Carmen, bought a five-bedroom, 3.5 bath Ballwin at 1515 Dietrich Ridge Dr. for $785,000 from Jules and Lorriane Budd on April 2.

Coldwell Banker Premier's Jan Kosmal listed the 5,026 square foot home for $799,000.

Mr. Striler is the President of The Striler Group, a program and construction management firm in St. Louis.

Mr. Budd is the Director of Project Management and Capital Operations Planning for the Metal Container Corporation, a subsidiary of Anheuser Busch. The company makes aluminum cans and lids for Anheuser as well as a large portion of the soft drink industry.
