Physicians trade Chesterfield 5BD

Drs. Sanjay and Minisha Patwardhan bought a five-bedroom, seven bath in Chesterfield at 14314 Manderleigh Waoods Dr. for $925,000 from Dr. John Weltmer and his wife, Peggy, on April 20.

The Weltmers paid $754,190 for the home in Sept. 1995, the year it was built.

Ann Cordeal of Prudential Select Properties listed the 4,883 square foot home for $940,000.

Both natives of India, Mr. and Mrs. Patwardhan are board certified in internal medicine and are employed by Premier Hospitalists in St. Louis.

Dr. Weltmer, 49, is an orthopedic surgeon. He earned his M.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed his residency and internship at McClaren General Hospital in Flint, Mich.
