Brian Alexander bought a four bedroom, 2.5 bath new construction home in Glendale at 875 Albert Ave. for $600,000 from Kingbridge Homes on April 23.

Kingbridge paid $179,900 for the property in Oct. 2005.

Kingbridge Realty's Anne Kosem listed the new 3,250 square foot home for $634,000.

Alexander is a mortgage consultant with Wachovia Bank.

Kingbridge Homes is a custom homebuilder and developer of luxury built-for-sale homes with projects in several communities across St. Louis County. The company was launched seven years ago by former McBride and Son Homes General Manager John Suelthaus.
