Michael M. Scharf and his wife, Judith, bought a new three-bedroom, four bath home at 29 Upper Conway Ct. in Chesterfield for $1,092,568 from Hayden Homes Inc. on Apr. 6.

Mr. Scharf is the Senior Vice President and CFO of Bunge North America, the agricultural business giant with corporate headquarters based in Saint Louis. He has served in that role since he joined in the company in 1990. Prior to joining Bunge, he served as the Senior Vice President and CFO at Peabody Holding Co. (1978-90) and a tax manager at Arthur Andersen & Co. (1969-78). He is a certified public accountant.

He received his Bachelor's degree from Wheeling Jesuit University (1969).

The Scharfs sold their four-bedroom, three bath home at 67 Fair Oaks Dr. in Ladue for $925,000 on Apr. 18.

Built in 2004, the 5,097 square-foot home at 29 Upper Conway Ct. is one of 22 luxury villas in the Belle Monte Road development for Hayden Homes.
