Pathologist buys Creve Coeur 4BD for $875K

Dr. Mona Mirkhaef and her husband, Sina Mirkhaef, bought a new four-bedroom, four bath at 6 Country Fair Ln. in Creve Coeur for $875,000 from HR Construction on April 3.

Judy Grand of Dielmann Sotheby's International Realty was the agent for the sale. The listed price was $899,900.

Dr. Mirkhaef practices Clinical Pathology and Hematopathology at the Saint Louis University Medical Center. She is a first-year hematopathology resident at the Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She received her M.D. from the Islamic Azad University School of Medicine in Tehran, Iran.

The Mirkhaefs sold their four-bedroom, two bath home at 744 Sherwick Terrace in Manchester for $171,000 on April 3.
