Former health care exec sells in South County

David Seifert and his wife, Janice, sold a five bedroom, six bath in South County at 13506 River Forest Pl. for $725,000 to Daniel and Kaye Wessell on April 10.

The Sieferts paid $550,000 for the home in 2003. It was built in 1990.

Coldwell Banker Gundaker South's Suzanne Kirkpatrick listed the 4,142 square foot home for $749,000.

Mr. Seifert is a founder and partner in the Health Advisory Panel, a healthcare consulting firm. He is the former President and CEO of St. Anthony's Medical Center, one of the largest hospitals in the St. Louis area.

Mr. Wessell, M.D., Ph.D., is a musculoskeletal radiology clinical fellow at the Malinckrodt Institute of Radiology at the Washington University School of Medicine. He earned his undergraduate and master's degrees from North Carolina State University and his medical and doctoral from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
