Mortgage company owner sells in Town Country

Mark Figert and his wife, Christine, sold their four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Town and Country at 760 Cedar Field Ct. for $385,000 to Charles and Kay Cook on April 25.

Patrick Gilmore of Sell Right Realty listed the 2,348 square foot home for $399,000. It was built in 1985.

The Figerts paid $318,000 in May 2004

Mr. Figert is the CEO and Managing Director of Fidelity Mortgage Capital in St. Louis. Prior to co-founding Fidelity Mortage Capital, he held positions with MCI and Dot Foods as well as the post of Senior Vice President at financial services firm the Citadel Group.

Mr. Figert earned a Bachelor's in Finance from Missouri State University.
