Noel F Knobloch and his wife, Monica, bought a four-bedroom, five bath in Sunset Hills at 3714 Sunset Chase Dr. from Thomas Traube and his wife, Margaret, for $575,000 on April 16.

Mrs. Traube, a real estate agent with Keller Williams and Re/Max Gold, listed the 4,346 square foot home for $599,000.

The Traubes paid $476,000 for the home in Feb. of 2003. It was built in 1997.

Mr. Knobloch is the Chief Financial Officer at Amerinet, a group health care purchasing organization. He held a number of leadership positions within the company before accepting the role of CFO. Prior to joing Amerinet, he held the postion of controller of HBE Corporation and spent 10 years with accounting firm Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Knobloch graduated from the University of Illinois and is a certifed public accountant.

Mr. Traube is a partner in the law firm of Sorrell & Traube in St. Louis. The firm specializes in personal injury and worker's compensation cases.
