Real estate duo buys in Wildwood

Larry Cherry and his wife, Pamela, bought a four-bedroom, four bath in Wildwood at 2045 Wakefield Farm Rd. for $788,660 from Dennis Wibbenmeyer and his wife Franca on April 16.

The 3,957 square foot home was originally listed in April 2006 for $874,500 by Patricia Bianco of Prudential Select Properties, however that listing expired in December. It was then relisted for $849,00 by Diana Trimarke of The Kelsey Group.

Mr. and Mrs. Cherry run Cherry Properties, a licensed real estate brokerage company. The Cherrys service the St. Louis area as well as the Lake of the Ozarks.

Mr. Wibbenmeyer is the President of Chesterfield Deck & Fence, a home improvement company.
