William Moran Jr. and his wife, Mary, have listed their four-bedroom, 7.5 bath in Town and Country at 12050 Carberry Pl. for $1.95 million.
The Morans paid $975,000 for the home in June 1991. It was built in 1983 and remodeled in 1999.

Mr. Moran is the founder and former President and CEO of the Save-a-Lot chain of discount grocery stores. He started the company in 1978 and retired in 2006.
