Technology couple sells Ballwin 4BD

Dayakar Veerlapati and his wife, Shanta, sold their four-bedroom, two bath at 310 Clayheath Ct. in Ballwin for $283,500 to Yongchun Wu and his wife, Shuangjian Yan, on May 15.

Bob Brandt of Coldwell Banker Gundaker was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $299,000.

Mr. Veerlapati, 48, is the founder and CEO of S2Tech, an information technology firm based in St. Louis. He founded the company in 1997.

He received his master's in Information Management from Washington University. He also has a master's in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kharagpur, India.

Mrs. Veerlapati is the CFO of the company.

The Veerlaptis paid $755,000 for a four-bedroom, three bath at 1019 Polo Downs Dr. in Town and Country on Jan. 26.
