Steven Hribernik and his wife, Sandra, bought a five-bedroom, eight bath home in Sunset Hills at 13003 Tapawingo Place for $1.184 million from Mark Adlon and Debra Kiso on May 11.

Jeff Albrecht of Coldwell Banker Gundaker listed the 6,733 square foot home for $1.199 million.

Mr. Hrebinik is a Doctor of Dental Medicine and practices oral and maxillofacial surgery.

He studied at the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine as well as the University of Louisville School of Dentistry.

Mr. Adlon has been the President of Mark I Enterprises, a Missouri land developer.

Built by Taylor Morley, the custom home is among the 35 home sites in the Tapawingo on the Green community. The development is situated within the Tapawingo National Golf Club which boasts 27 championship holes designed by pro golfer Gary Player.
