Mary Wehrle of Coldwell Banker Gundaker is the listing agent for the 3,950 square foot home, which was built in 1959. The original listed price was $1.3 million.

Dr. Bowen is an ophthalmologist practicing at Hampton Village Ophthalmology in St. Louis. He started his practice in 1970 after attending the Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston and the Mayo Graduate School of Medicine at the Mayo Clinic.
