Sales VP spends $295K in Oakville

Jonathan Herrick and his wife, Ashley, bought a four-bedroom, two bath in Oakville at 2543 Brenna Ct. for $295,000 from Deutsche Bank Trust Company on May 7.
Michelle Benko of Prudential Alliance Realtors listed the 3,113 square foot home as high as $319,900. It was built in 1985.
Deutsche Bank bought the home in Jan. in foreclosure for $259,500.
Mr. Herrick is the Vice President of Sales at Sendouts, a developer of recruiting software. He joined the company as an account executive before being elevated to VP of Sales.
Mrs. Herrick works in operations for Emergency Medical Care, LLC, an emergency physician management firm.
Both Herricks attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.
