Tech solutions firm President buys in Manchester

Scott J. Carver and his wife, Dione, bought a four-bedroom, 2.5 bath in Manchester at 731 Carman Meadows Dr. for $430,000 from Thomas Wegmann and Holly Hummel on May 14.

Cindy DeBrecht of Coldwell Banker Gundaker originally listed the 2,950 square foot home for $462,500.

Wegmann and Hummel paid $265,000 for the property in Jan. 1994.

Mr. Carver has been the President of Primover Group Incorporated, a computer consulting firm.
