Dr. Carson Agee and his wife, Elizabeth, bought a four-bedroom, 3.5 bath at 17817 Wellington Crest Court in Wildwood for $520,400 from James and Diane Waldron on May 16.

Mrs. Waldron, an agent with Coldwell Banker Gundaker, listed the 3,366 square foot home for $549,900.

The Waldrons paid $342,900 for the property in Dec. 1996.

Dr. Agee is a general surgeon with BJC Health Care in O'Fallon.

A St. Louis native, he moved back to the area earlier this year from Gainesville, Ga., where he served as the chairman of the Operating Room Committee at the Northeast Georgia Medical Center.

He earned his M.D. at the University of Oklahoma and completed his internship and residency at the University of Missouri-Columbia.

The Agees have listed their home at 946 Highland Cir. in Gainesville.
