Bryce McTavish and his wife, Carol, have listed their four-bedroom, four bath at 17417 Country Lake Estates Ridge in Chesterfield for an asking price of $945,000.

The McTavishes paid $636,434 for the property in Jan. 1999.

Cathy Federer of The Kelsey Group real estate is the listing agent for the sale. The 5,149 square foot home was built in 1998.

Since January, Mr. McTavish has served as the Vice President of Channels and Sponsorship for the Coors Brewing Co., which is based in Golden, Colo. He parlayed a lengthy marketing career in St. Louis into his new role, which includes guiding the beer giant's long-term sponsorship and channel marketing strategy.

Prior to joining Coors, Mr. McTavish spent nine years with St. Louis-based marketing company Zipatoni Inc. He most recently served as Executive Vice President of Client Services.
