Boeing engineer buys in University City

Daniel Muntges bought a six-bedroom, two bath duplex in University City at 7356 Dartmouth Ave. for $316,000 from Boris Bukhshtaber and Janet Cronin on May 10.
Bukhshtaber and Cronin paid $166,500 for the property in foreclosure in 2006 before renovating it.
Ms. Cronin, an agent with commercial and residential real estate firm The Cronin Company, listed the 4,000 square foot property for $319,000.
Mr. Muntges is an engineer in the advanced analysis tools division at the Boeing Company. He earned a master's in engineering from Washington University after graduating with a degree in mechanical engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wis.
