Travis Dillon and his wife, Christy, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 1132 Conwyck Lane in Frontenac for $820,000 from Martin and Jill Moore on May 24.
The Moores paid $675,000 for the 3,736 square foot home in July 2005. It was built in 1966.
Carla Borgard of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate listed the home for $834,500.
Mr. Dillon is the general manager of Ted Drewes Frozen Custard, a fixture on the St. Louis ice cream landscape since 1931.
The company has locations at 4224 S. Grand Ave. and 6726 Chippewa, both in St. Louis.
He operates the two stores with his father-in-law and the son of the company's founder, Ted Drewes Jr. The company is best known for its "Concrete" frozen custard, which is served to customers upside down due its extreme thickness.
