Kevin Heifner and his wife, Misty, sold their three bedroom, three bath at 10426 Freedom Court in the Sappington area of South St. Louis County for $335,000 to Robert Winkler and his wife, Gracie, on June 25.

The Heifners paid $275,000 for the property in April 2003.

Steve Wyatt of Keller Williams Realty listed the 2,000 square foot home for $339,900.

Mr. Heifner is a principal software engineer with consultancy firm Object Computing, Inc. in Pensacola, Fla.

He earned a B.S. in Computer Science at Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.

The Heifners relocated to the Florida from St. Louis earlier this year. They bought a home at 1208 Adrian Way in Milton, Fla. for $216,000 on July 10.
