George J. Schuller and his wife, Lori, bought a four-bedroom, three bath at 17874 Bonhomme Fork Ct. in Chesterfield for $1 million from Thomas and Deborah Oswald on June 5.
The Oswalds paid $524,919 for the property in Dec. 1997, the year the house was built.
Mr. Oswald, who is a real estate agent for RE/MAX Properties West, was the agent for the sale. The listed price $1.0499 million.
Since Feb., Mr. Schuller was served as the Vice President of Continuous Improvement for Peabody Energy, the St. Louis-based coal energy giant.
Schuller relocated from Peabody's Australia operations to the St. Louis office with the promotion.
Mr. Schuller joined the Peabody ranks as a mine engineer in 1986, and has served in various mine management positions since. Most recently he was General Manager of Underground Operations and General Manager of Mining Support for the company's Australian operations in Queensland, Australia.
Mr. Schuller has an M.B.A from the University of Charleston in West Virginia and a bachelor's in Mining Engineering from West Virginia University.
