St. Louis doc buys in Creve Coeur

Dr. Kathryn Galie bought a three-bedroom, two bath at 44 Ladue Estates Dr. in Creve Coeur for $545,000 from William and Lauren Levinson on June 13.

The Levinsons paid $380,000 for the property in Aug. 2005.

Michael Weiss of the Coldwell Banker Premier Group was the agent for the sale. The home was listed for $589,000 when it first appeared on the market in March.

Dr. Galie is a physician at West County Surgical Specialists Inc., located at the St. John's Mercy Medical Center in St. Louis.

She received her M.D. from the St. Louis University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at the University of Texas Health Center in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her fellowship at the Ochsner Clinic Foundation in New Orleans, La.
