Suburban St. Louis oncologist buys in Clayton

Dr. Giancarlo Pillot and his wife, Melissa, bought a six-bedroom, two bath at 6435 San Bonita Ave. in Clayton for $560,000 from Jeffrey and Amanda Burge on June 20.
The Burges paid $560,000 for the property in May 2005. It was built in 1922.
Cathy Glaser of Coldwell Banker Gundaker real estate was the agent for the sale. The listed price was $595,000.
Dr. Pillot is an Oncologist working for SSM Health Care in the suburban St. Louis area. He sees patients at the DePaul Health Centers in both Chesterfield and in Bridgeton.
Dr. Pillot received his M.D. from Wayne State University in Detroit. He completed his residency, internship and fellowship at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
The Pillots also own property at 6429 Lindenwood Ave. in Saint Louis.
